Careers in healthcare include a variety of jobs and focus areas from nursing, optometry, and pharmaceuticals, to phlebotomy, physical therapy, and surgery. Regardless of your area of focus, there is a common goal when it comes to careers in healthcare – to find solutions to medical issues, to heal, and to help. If you are interested in medicine, medical research, and playing a part in advancing the field of medicine, you may have found your path. We found exceptionally talented alumni who work in healthcare and they want to share advice directly with you at our 4th Annual Career Conference.
What will you learn?
Each panel, moderated by a staff member from the Office of Career & Professional Development, will ask questions on a variety of topics. Expect to learn how alumni began their graduate programs and careers in healthcare and medical research.
Who will you meet?
Each year, the Office of Career & Professional Development picks a diverse group of panelists – some who have been out of college just a few years and others, decades. This year’s Careers in Healthcare panel will include the remarkable talent below and many more.
