We’re hiring in the following locations:

· Southern Los Angeles County

Here is how the position works:
· You provide our scheduling team with your weekly availability for work.
· We match our client’s availability to your availability to fill your schedule as much as possible and/or desired.
· The weekly schedule then repeats until you wish to request a change or our clients availability changes.
· Typical individual sessions with clients are held in their home or a community environment and are typically each about 2-4 hours long.

Responsibilities:
· Assisting children with daily activities and educational programs
· Supporting children’s social, emotional, and behavioral development
· Implementing behavior management plans and assisting with communication skills
· Collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts, aides, and parents to meet each child’s individual needs
Requirements:
· No experience required as training is provided
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to pass a drug screening for any federally illegal substances
· No criminal history and willingness to go through a background check
· A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
· Ability to maintain a positive, patient, and professional demeanor
· Strong organizational and communication skills
