We are looking for driven individuals to join our growing team of Recruitment Consultants and become a part of the dynamic growth of the Asia Pacific Region.
They will support our clients in identifying, engaging and attracting exceptional talent for their most critical needs, and consult both parties to ensure seamless process management and purposeful delivery.
What does the role involve?
- Responsible for full cycle recruiting for mid to senior/executive-level candidates.
- Networking to develop new business with potential clients while continuing connections with existing clients – our clients range from start ups to thriving fortune 10 companies.
- Acting as a consultant for both our clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- You will receive a commission when a placement is successfully made – this is an uncapped commission opportunity!
