This position requires a P&C license. If you do not currently have one, we will assist you in obtaining one.
· Solicits and writes new P&C policies from both inside and outside the BOB
· Cold calls lead lists, follow up leads and actively solicits new customers as a primary part of daily activities.
· Follows consistent sales process for all prospects for:
ü Quoting /Requoting using all agency software
ü Bundling and Cross Selling at Point of Sale
ü Closing sales and application completion with appropriate follow ups
ü Follow-up on unsold quotes consistently
· Actively calls all leads provided by agency and follows up until lead is dead or sold
· Bundles Auto/Home/Renters/PUP/Boats/ ETC… at point of sale
· Develops customer relationship through sales process and asks for 1 referral per new customer sold
· Meets the production requirements and goals assigned by the agent
· Maintains a sales record each month and provides a copy to the agent
· Consistently presents product coverage’s appropriate to customer needs versus apples to apples comparisons. Educates customers on key coverage’s by product.
· Follows all compliance guidelines and procedures
· Other duties as assigned that could change periodically due to Allstate Agency Goals changing
