You can be a part of our continued growth as we look to hire professionals who will help us make a difference in our industry and achieve some ambitious goals over the next few years.What We’re Looking For:Persuasive, confident and clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent understanding and experience with computer applications, specifically Microsoft products including advanced Windows, Word, Excel and OutlookWeb savvy with an ability to conduct web researchArticulate, positive attitude and presentable demeanor with an ability to maintain composure during negotiation and in the face of rejectionStrong administrative/problem solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work at least 3 days per week, at least 20-30 hours per week.Sense of humor; mandatoryWhat You’ll Do:Implement targeted research/sourcing initiatives with limited guidance using professional networking sites such as LinkedIn.Uploading content to client portals, resumes into our proprietary ATS/CMS and maintaining accuracy of information.Managing our technology inventory (Servers, Screens, cords, technology office moves).Setting up new users in Windows (Active Directory, Outlook/Exchange, etc.), as needed.Troubleshooting technology related issues as needed and with the support of a senior technology employeeParticipate in comprehensive curriculum in finance, technology, human capital management, and recruiting strategyApply classroom lessons in marketing, business administration, human resources, writing, and technology experience to solve real-world business problemsWork alongside Andiamo’s President and co-founder to provide stability during a high-growth phasePresent an exploratory capstone project to internal executives prior to completion of the internship
