The Application Development team is looking for a dynamic full stack programmer to provide technical expertise in systems analysis, design, and development of n-tier distributed application solutions utilizing object-oriented tools and methodology including: Visual Basic; Visual InterDev; Visual SourceSafe; Active Server Pages (ASP); ASP.Net; C#; various Visual Studio Enterprise tools and objects, such as Active Data Objects; and SQL Server tools including Transact SQL, Data Transformation Service scripts, Enterprise Manager, Query Analyzer, Profiler, Microsoft SharePoint 2019, and Stored Procedures. The Information Technology Specialist I will be primary amongst several programmers working on critical and high visibility applications of the California Highway Patrol.

Together with the project team he/she will interface with business analysts, testers, end users and management to design, code, test, and deploy systems across a variety of platforms.
