Provide mental health services and supports using a collaborative approach to K-12 students across the CCISD. Professionals will be responsible for completing assessments, evaluating students as required by Michigan Administrative Rules for Special Education, develop treatment plans, provide input for the MET and IEP, provide direct and/or consultative services as determined by the team and the need of the student and prevention activities within the school settings.
M.S.W. from graduate school of Social Work Program approved by the State Board of Education. Limited or full licensure and certification in Michigan as a School Social Worker preferred or M.S.W. eligible for temporary certification as a SSW.
Full time school year position beginning April 2021.
