Job Duties and Responsibilities
Are you ready to jump-start your career in Human Resources? DISH is looking for motivated, entry-level Associates to join a dynamic HR and Talent Acquisition team committed to delivering exceptional experiences for both candidates and employees. These high-visibility roles offer you the chance to make a real difference while honing your skills in communication, relationship-building, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with assigned locations to send required feedback documents, engage with candidates to complete necessary questionnaires, and schedule on-site interviews
- Assist with various projects in collaboration with the business
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of DISH HR policies and procedures to effectively communicate with departments on HR and company initiatives
- Provide outstanding customer service both internally and externally, demonstrating strong communication skills, follow-through, prioritization, and a sense of urgency
- Complete reporting and projects as assigned
Position will be onsite at our Englewood, CO location.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ideal candidate would have some experience in human resources and/or talent acquisition/recruiting
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to demonstrate DISH’s core attributes of Curiosity, Pride, Adventure, and Winning
- You tackle challenges with creativity, finding innovative solutions to meet complex business or team needs
- The ability to navigate and apply knowledge of the internet and popular professional and social platforms
- You understand the importance of data in Human Resources, using it to drive efficiency and improve strategies
- In a fast-changing hiring environment, you remain flexible, adjusting your approach to meet evolving business needs
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $20.72/Year – $29.61/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role’s location and is subject to change based on work location.
Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
