Working as Full-Time FSB Instructor, you will be responsible for instructing current course curriculum such as sales, products, and operations; assessing student performance; researching and developing new curriculum; and leading employees in their career development.
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Teaching excellent education and development programs to employees
o Researching, developing and enhancing new and existing educational programs and delivery methods
o Working autonomously, collaborating with various teams, and balancing a variety of curriculum projects
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Possess a current full valid driver’s license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements
o o Possess or are working towards a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, English, liberal arts or a related field of study OR have industry or customer service work experience
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn and utilize the various functions of a Learning Management System
o Ability and willingness to facilitate trainings and meetings using web-based meeting programs such as Cisco WebEx and MS Teams
o Ability to lead and facilitate small and large groups in a classroom or virtual setting
o Highly motivated, self directed, and customer service oriented with the ability to motivate others
o Have a positive attitude and exhibit enthusiasm with colleagues and trainees
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Willingness and ability to travel up to approximately 50% of the time
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Able to lift, slide and lower training materials that typically weigh between 25-50 lbs
o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Prior teaching or training experience
