Fidelity’s Equity Division is responsible for handling more than 130 diversified mutual funds and more than 78 industry specific funds. Assets under management total approximately $788 billion.
Equity Research Associate Internship
Equity Research Associate interns support real investment decisions by building financial models, completing financial analysis, and conducting proprietary research. This internship gives maximum exposure into the holistic research process through collaboration with our managing director of research, analysts and portfolio managers.
Interns will have the opportunity to conduct research to make investment recommendations on a variety of stocks across different sub-sectors. Interns will have the freedom to do their own analytical research, connect with corporate management teams, industry specialists, and Wall Street analysts, in order to develop investment recommendations for our funds. The stock recommendations will be solely attributed to the intern and communicated to all our portfolio managers. The research is primarily autonomous, with the opportunity to collaborate with fellow interns and utilize the Fidelity network around you. The program is led by our director of research, and each intern will be paired with a peer in the research department who will mentor them throughout the summer.
