The account development manager position is critical to our businesses both in terms of long-term success and day to day operations. In addition to regular account management functions, the individual in this role will be responsible for large-scale hunting to assist regional sales managers in growing the business through new account creation. This person will be responsible for proactive customer outreach, largely inclusive of cold calling, as well as further qualifying leads driven in through marketing activities. The expectation is that the account development manager will have an exceptional attitude, customer-first mentality, willingness to study and learn the products and accounts, and motivation to enable success.
