First Media is a millennial focused media company and one of the top 10 publishers on Facebook, with 1.6 billion monthly views and 120M+ fans on social media. We are seeking a hard-working Sales Assistant to join our TV Sales team in New York. This role will report to our Account Executives for Baby First TV/So Yummy TV and will manage the pre/post & updated traffic log along with various other functions such as reporting and project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Pre/Post & Updated traffic logs
  • Generating Sales/AUR reporting for EVP and Management team
  • Managing log distribution list
  • Signing/Confirming agency flowcharts for both Baby First TV & So Yummy TV
  • Handling the Ad Sales booked business report for both BFTV & SYTV
  • Coordinating and managing of all agency contact info via the Agency Registration Form
  • Updating the Advertising Sheets for both networks
  • Running MRI reports
  • Log Discrepancies (reviewing traffic logs for unit placement accuracy as per booked schedules)
  • Updating the Master List
  • Generating and sending out the weekly and monthly Nielsen report
  • Updating the Ad Sales team with weekly booked business screenshot of accounts not active

Qualifications:

  • College graduate welcomed w/ internship experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multi-ask in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work early mornings with International traffic team and Sunday morning (max 2 hrs)
  • Must be organized and display strong attention to detail
  • Must operate effectively under tight time constraints and be highly self-motivated
  • Excellent project management skills
