To discover what area of public accounting interests you most, our Associate Program is structured so you can experience our service lines through a rotational process. Associates declare their department of interest after working in different areas of our practice, building a well-rounded foundation before committing to a specialty. Associates develop the technical, professional, administrative, leadership and interpersonal skills required for a successful career. Associates will gain first-hand rotational experience in our Accounting & CFO Advisory, Assurance & Advisory, Family Office, & Tax service lines. This rotational position can be based out of our Palo Alto, San Francisco, or San Jose office.
As a strategic member of our team, you will advise many of this country’s top entrepreneurs and their companies. Frank, Rimerman is known as the premier firm for servicing the needs of executives, founders, investors and board members of publicly traded companies and investment funds in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our environment enables you to interact directly with these high caliber clients and get a preview of what’s up and coming in Silicon Valley. We also service the needs of venture-backed and pre-IPO corporations, as well as publicly traded companies themselves.
In addition to working with these clients, you will work alongside 550 of the best and brightest individuals in the accounting profession at one of the largest locally owned CPA firms in Northern California. We are big enough to offer you sophisticated and challenging work, yet small enough to expand your level of responsibility in your chosen practice area.
- Current candidate for a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in business with an emphasis in accounting or taxation
- Final graduation date between May 2021 and December 2021
- Detailed plan to complete the 150 semester/225 quarter units required for CA CPA licensure prior to your start date
- Minimum GPA of 3.0, with a higher major GPA preferred
