Our Retail Summer Staff are responsible for helping coordinate the operations of each retail location on campus – Coffee Shop, Snack Shop, Camp Store, etc. As Retail Summer Staff, you will play a vital role in the overall camp experience for our guests and allow campers and leaders, alike, the opportunity to relax and fellowship together.
As Retail Summer Staff, you will have the opportunity to grow spiritually, become proficient as baristas and problem solvers, while developing leadership and management stills. In addition to working normal retail shifts, your duties will include: stocking and maintaining retail spaces, supervising shifts, training other summer staff, and cash handling.
As with all positions at Glorieta Camps, our Retail Summer Staff will be asked to help with any responsibility to help camp function (i.e. washing dishes, cleaning rooms, work projects, facilitating activities, etc.).
