TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

1.0 FTE

4 day school week.

Health plan options through OEBB – District contribution toward medical insurance.

Rural school district with small class sizes.

Annual tuition reimbursement up to 9 units at standard average rate on prior approved courses.

Coach opportunities available.

STARTING DATE: August 16th, 2021 for the 21-22 school year.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Current/Ability to obtain an Oregon Counselor license with TSPC

Prefer counseling experience at any grade levels

Successful experience with a broad spectrum of students and parents

Excellent speaking and writing skills

Working knowledge of current Oregon trauma informed practices

Holds a current First Aid/CPR card or willing to obtain by hire date

Current ODL and ability to provide own transportation.

Bachelor’s from an accredited college or university in education discipline applicable to teaching assignment.

Master’s Degree preferred.

SALARY:

Based on previous experience and placement on the collective bargaining agreement salary schedule.

Loan forgiveness opportunities available.
