Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time Licensed Clinical Social Workers, ideally licensed in Wisconsin and/or Michigan, to provide therapy and intake services to patients of all ages in a Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic. You’ll work in a special program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems. In this role, you’ll conduct intakes, individual assessments, treatment plans, and connect patients to meaningful community resources. We’re looking for compassionate LCSWs to provide telehealth services 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm EST/CST.

About the Role:
Assessing patients using standardized assessment/screening tools, measures, etc.
Documentation of services provided in accordance with requirements in electronic health records.
Document concurrently with intake sessions to ensure accurate and timely patient records.
Exhibit strong diagnostic skills, ensuring accurate assessments and treatment planning.
Committed to Quality Care with well-defined Quality metrics.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Proficient in both intake and therapy with at least 2 years of diagnosing clients in these settings.
Active LCSW license in Wisconsin and/or Michigan preferred
Availability for 40 hours per week, with the ability to work during EST/CST business hours.
Experience and willingness to treat patients across the lifespan
Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
