Remote Real Estate Business Internship Opportunity
We are hiring Real Estate Business interns for Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Midtown located in Atlanta, Georgia. We have a variety of business interests that are mostly related to real estate and ownership/management of over 200 properties throughout Metro Atlanta. The supervisor of this internship is an associate broker with Keller Williams Atlanta Midtown and owner of Georgia Capital Management Solutions (Real Estate Investment Firm).
The internship is a minimum of 15 hours per week during the Spring or Fall semesters and 25 hours per week during the Summer semester. For Spring 2022, we plan to offer remote internships for out-of-state students that want to gain pertinent knowledge pertaining to the rapidly growing field of real estate. We are currently in the process of creating real estate courses in various states other than our home state, Georgia, and we aim for students to work on material focused on their particular state in order to learn essential state specific information along with the national content that will be beneficial for them in the future with their careers.

- Keller Williams (Real Estate Brokerage)
- Georgia Capital Management Solutions (Real Estate Investment Firm with Over 200 Properties)
Although we offer academic credit to students for completing an internship with us, the student is solely responsible for verifying that this internship is approved through their school and meets all the requirements set in their internship conditions prior to accepting the position if offered.
We are willing to pay for completed interns’ real estate course in their desired state**, so that students can obtain their real estate license. You do NOT have to get your real estate license in order to participate in the internship.
For the interns that perform exceptionally during their internship, we generally offer one or two paid positions for the following semester, but the initial internship will be unpaid (other than our office paying for your real estate course to obtain a license).
Must be able to pass a criminal background search (no violent crimes, theft, financial crimes, etc.)
Office Experience (not required, but it is a bonus!)

Basic Smartphone Knowledge

-Creating questions related to our material
-Reviewing other intern’s and employee’s work
-Documenting the student’s and other student’s progress with assignments
-Proofreading material for our real estate course
-Revising necessary material to be grammatically correct and uniform
