Overview

To be considered for On-the-Job Training (OJT) at GCE a candidate must be referred by the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. OJT assignments will be supervised by GCE personnel and will consist of work-based activities in which the trainee engages in learning through practical and relevant experiences at various sites. The OJT may or may not lead to permanent employment with GCE.
