OverviewThe Relief Clerical Support II will answer phones in a friendly and professional manner. Greet and check in clients as they arrive for services. Sort incoming/outgoing mail into appropriate locations. Conducts employment and personnel reference checks for new staff hiring packets. Ensures documents are completed timely. Comply with information requests (e.g. schedules, procedures), written or verbal, following all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality. Set up files and maintain file information. Schedule appointments. Must meet the Employee Standards of Performance. Greet visitors and staff in a pleasant cordial manner. Accurately answer multi-line phones while providing quality internal/external customer service. Operate office equipment normally used in routine daily work (i.e., computers, fax/copy machines, printers, telephone and voicemail systems). Works within a team oriented environment to assure that all company/unit needs are met. Input data accurately, timely, and efficiently on a daily basis. If necessary, notify clients of changes and reschedule appointments.QualificationsMust have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.One (1) year of experience in customer service, office support or accounting.Must possess computer skills including excel/spreadsheet knowledge.Strong written and verbal communication skills along with conflict resolution skills.Ability to work flexible hours required.To ApplyInterested applicants please visit www.elakeviewcenter.org and complete the on-line application.
