As a Behavior Specialist, you will provide behavior management of students using Crisis Prevention Intervention in conjunction with teachers, teacher aides and residential staff.The ideal candidate for this position has a bachelor’s degree in the human services field or equivalent experience, including one year experience with special needs population. Strong therapeutic behavior management skills are required. Must exhibit ambulatory ability sufficient to physically intervene in instances of extreme behavior that might jeopardize the safety of students and staff. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving is required.
