As a Social Media Intern, you will work alongside recruitment, communications, and marketing to develop effective strategies to enhance Latham Centers’ brand and create a plan for social media strategies by raising awareness through various social media platforms. This role will monitor postings to ensure brand message is constant from the terminology used to images posted and aid in the daily aspects of promoting the agency’s goals. You will interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company’s social pages. This role will also work with our residents and staff during activities in order to feature shareable moment and create new and innovative content. High school diploma or GED, the ability to handle children/ individuals in crisis safely and with compassion and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
20 hours: schedule flexible with needs of applicant and programming/ events
Fluent English speaking and writing skills, empathy and the ability to listen, good time management skills and professional appearance and demeanor are all required for this position.
