Administrative Assistant Internship

Start Date: Spring

Number of Intern Position: 6 openings

Hours: Flexible 8-12 hours a week

Lynn Allen Jeter & Associates is looking for driven and hard working students that are looking to make their way into the entertainment industry. We are seeking interns that are organized, creative, and eager to learn. Students will learn about how to manage clients, how to market, and have the ability to be creative through various office jobs. This internship will provide hands-on experience with public relations, with opportunities in the areas of film, television, marketing and special events.

Responsibilities include:

– Basic administrative, errands, and other duties assigned

– Research possible media ventures (opportunities for brands, new ideas, etc.)

– Weekly updating to your websites, blogs and/or social media sites

– Social media outreach, assist with Facebook and Twitter updates

Requirements:

– Strong written and verbal communication skills

– Must be punctual, detail oriented, reliable, motivated, and organized

– Computer literate in editing programs, i.e iMovie, Word, Excel, & social media websites

– Multi-tasking capabilities

– Reliable transportation

– Close attention to detail

– Laptop

– Flip camera (optional)
