Basic Function:Under the general direction and supervision of the Director of Continuous Improvement, supports countywide improvement in curriculum, assessment, instruction, professional learning, academic coaching and standards implementation by providing resources facilitation and coordination functions. Provides guidance and support to local school districts, especially in the areas of California State Standards implementation and District/school improvement.Salary$358.40 – $522.16 per day as per Range A1 of the Certificated Other salary schedule.Work Hours/Year8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 220 days per year beginning July 1, 2021, pending successful fingerprint clearance and submission of recent tuberculosis test as required by the California Education Code.ADDITIONAL $2,000 BONUS OPPORTUNITY:If upon hire the selected candidate holds a Special Education credential, they will qualify for an additional $2,000 bonus.The $2,000 bonus will be in the form of a loan that will be gradually forgiven over two years of service.
