Car Show Marketing/PR Internship:
Join the dynamic and friendly Staff and Car Show Committee at the Muckenthaler Cultural Center and gain valuable experience in the field of communications. We are seeking a marketing advertising intern who can help coordinate web advertising, social media and all other forms of advertising pertaining to the Muckenthaler Car Show. Duties will include but are not limited to the following: Organizing and implementing printed and online ads; Working directly with our car show artists; Marketing and posting to Facebook, Instagram, and other social media sites; Attending car show committee meetings; Distributing flyers, posters and attending other shows and events to promote the 25th Muckenthaler Motor Car Festival. Those who can work in a fast-paced office environment are a welcome asset.
Although Interns are generally under the supervision of a specific department, they will be able to participate and actively observe in other areas of museum operations. The Muckenthaler Staff and Car Show Committee will work with students and their advisors to assist with internship and independent study programs at the student’s school.
