Assistant Director of Online Development
This position assists the Director in advancing the strategic growth goals of online learning at UNO. This role supports the colleges and Academic Affairs in preparing curriculum & degree plans for sustained online delivery. Using a data-driven approach, the individual in this role continually identifies existing and future-state programs suitable for online delivery at UNO and partners broadly to determine feasibility and respective timelines and deliverables. This role works with the Registrar and Academic Affairs on the long-term maintenance of online degree offerings, proactively reviewing course rotations and auditing online course availability for fully online minors, majors and certificates to ensure student access and success.
· Master’s Degree
· 2 years’ experience working in a higher education environment.
