PAE-REACT is seeking US citizen candidates for nomination to the following seconded position at the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine. Please apply for and/or circulate the following vacancy to your professional network(s).

The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM) is seeking a Political Analyst (VNSMUS01181), a Senior Professional with degree in international studies, public policy, political science or law or related field; 6+ years of experience in international relations in international organizations, governments, political parties, legislatures, academia or think-tanks; and on political, security and ceasefire-related issues in an international environment or operational mission(s). Successful applicant will have ability to analyze and communicate clearly and concisely in writing and orally, will have a demonstrated commitment to gender equality and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people of different national and cultural backgrounds. Desirable: working experience in Eastern Europe or knowledge of region, with OSCE and/or other international organization, working knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian language(s), and/or mediation skills. The OSCE is committed to diversity and inclusion within its workforce.
