The Digital Adoption Intern will work closely with the WalkMe COE team members and business subject matter experts to design, build, and test digital adoption platform solutions – in-application performance support – to ensure that our organization is getting the most out of our digital assets.

As a Digital Adoption Intern, you will be responsible for helping the business, strategically drive adoption and engagement with our enterprise software. You will work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization, including operations and L&D, to develop and execute a holistic strategy based on value and impact with a strong focus on User Experience. You will work on major cross-functional initiatives including a new integrated project management application, a clinical trial management system, and more.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work with internal teams (BA Digital Adoption, IT developers, business SMEs, training) to help develop, build, test, and maintain WalkMe content
  • Support defining users and enable data distribution to the right user, in the appropriate format, and in a timely matter
  • Design impactful and creative solutions, measure results, iterate and improve to drive optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with business and technical partners to ensure timely delivery of software readiness, communications, and training
  • Support measurement and evaluation of the impact of solutions developed against KPIs set forth to drive ROI back to the business
  • Seek feedback and obtain consensus across stakeholders from project initiation through final approval

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience in technical writing, analysis, and document layout
  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
  • Excellent written skills and ability to explain concepts and processes simply and concisely
  • Fluent in English
  • A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
  • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail

Knowledge and Experience:

  • HTML, CSS, and/or JQuery experience preferred
  • Intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience working in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) preferred
  • A natural excitement and ability to learn technologies and explain technical issues to a variety of audiences
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • WalkMe certification a plus
