Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Develop and manage excellent business relationships with customers and prospects
· Research and respond to customer policy questions
· Assist clients and provide sales support
· Work with our experienced staff to provide excellent service
· Work towards performance objectives based on productivity and customer satisfaction
· Perform incoming and outgoing calls to provide customer service and generate leads
· Proven track record of excellent performance in customer service or sales
· P&C license preferred or willing to obtain within six months from date of hire
· Possess a genuine willingness to learn, and be resourceful and coachable
· Great self-starter with a sense of urgency
· Good organizational skills and a commitment to superior customer relationships.
