They include: * Technical and organizational leadership for major engineering projects and Initiatives; * Lead multi-functional project teams with full accountability for project scope and success criteria * Manage systems and processes for electrical scope development and procurement, including capital, cost and schedule * Will work cross functionally with Package Development, Manufacturing, Finance, Purchasing, Planning, and MPD Packaging. * Design and evaluate technical options for achieving business objectives * New Initiatives delivery and Start-up management * Problem Solving: Ability to quickly embrace and adapt to changes in project scope, schedule and cost. * Builds Diverse and Collaborative Relationships: Development of relationships will be critical to your success in supporting the business. You will be working with teams on projects and will need to effectively manage project communications across all levels and with external vendors. You will be participating in and leading detailed peer and customer design reviews ensuring that proposed solutions meet technical and platform standards. Technical Mastery: * Process and/or Machine Control experience – * Proven expertise with sensors, motors, PLC’s, and industrial automation – Robotics, Machine Vision, and/or Networking skills are a plus * Programming knowledge and experience desired, i.e., Python, LabVIEW, Java, C#, etc. We believe you’ll be an excellent fit, if you have: * A BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering Electrical and Controls, preferred) or related degree and/or work-related experience. * 3-5 years of PC&IS or similar experience.
