Do you get excited working with Research and Development and Manufacturing to bring new technologies and innovative strategies to life? As the Baby Care Quality Assurance Intern, you will act as an active and influential business leader, ensuring that product quality and consumer delight is improved which is the foundation of our Company and Baby Care business strategy. You will be part of a multi-functional business team, working closely with Manufacturing, R&D, Analytical and others, exploring new opportunities for business results improvement.
This position will look externally, researching industry best practices and developing proposals to then improve internal results via these practices/tools. Your key to success will be your ability to combine soft social skills with analytical skills and use creative thinking to match consumer needs with technical capability.
Preferred (skills/experiences) for the role:
* Manufacturing processes for assembled consumer goods
* Test methods to confirm consumer acceptance of manufactured goods
* Process or method validation
* Work process/time mapping
Requirements (skills/experiences) for the role:
* 2+ years completed toward a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance or a related field
* Solid analytical skills and understanding of manipulating multiple data sources
* Ability to relocate to Cincinnati, OH for the summer and travel 1-2 times domestically through the summer
