Experienced in scheduling calls, meetings and travels
Excellent negotiator in buying products and services for the company
Proficient in screening potential job applicants
Experienced in maintaining licenses, permits and agreements
Must be reliable, flexible and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The key responsibilities of an Admin Assistant include all aspects of daily operations from scheduling calls/meetings, negotiating with our vendors, screening job applicants, maintaining files and agreements.
The Admin Assistant has to work closely with the entire team from CEO to business development to lawyers and software engineers. What we look for in prospective team members is the ability to get things done in a fast-paced environment and an exceptional attitude.
AA or BA degree with 3.3 or higher GPA
2 years of industry experience
This position is located in our Thousand Oaks, CA office. The team in this office operates in an open, collaborative environment.
