Full-time Expires April 16, 2021

QuEST is a service year fellowship in Seattle, Washington, that provides recent college graduates with quality work at local nonprofits, an intentional residential community as a cohort, and opportunities for training and reflection. QuEST Fellows are matched with one of our partner agencies in full-time year-long positions. The six Fellows live together in a shared house in Seattle’s University District and they receive room and board, a personal stipend, transportation and health care funds, mentorship and training, and student loan support.

The Program Coordinator at Seattle JazzED is one placement for the 2021-2022 program year. Seattle JazzED is a music school that welcomes students at all levels. Their goal is that every

student will experience the life-changing magic of teamwork, accountability and confidence that comes from a dedicated education in Jazz, a quintessentially Black American art form. The QuEST Fellow serving as their Program Coordinator will assist in coordinating program logistics, included but not limited to student registration, student form collection, program attendance, and family and student communication as it pertains to program schedule and tuition. This position may sometimes be a staff contact for families and teachers during program hours, in tandem with the Program Director. The Program Coordinator will be an integral part of a 7-person JazzED administrative team.

QuEST is in rolling admissions, with deadlines on the 1st and 15th of each month until placements are filled. Please learn more about the program, this and other placements, and download our application from our website.
