we are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional who is able to operate across the major functions of HR – this includes: employee relations, negotiations, training, HRIS/data management, onboarding, compliance, and benefits/compensation analysis. Enthusiasm, creativity, collaborative spirit, and a can-do attitude are also essential. The ideal candidate will be organized, experienced, technologically savvy, a dedicated strategist and planner, as well as able to demonstrate experience and skill toward serving as the direct supervisor for six vital positions within the department.
** Experience/education requirements for the position: Bachelor of Science degree in business administration or related field. (Preferred: Master of Science in Human Resources and/or SHRM-SCP and SCP industry certification.) Five years’ experience of primary human resource operations responsibility for a large organization preferably a K-12 school district. (Preferred: Three years’ experience direct supervisory experience.)
