RCS – Offering Sign on Bonus! For BBS CA Licensed Therapist – $2,000 being offered to candidates hired specifically before April 12, 2021. Bonus to be paid out as follows: $1,000.00 issued at 90-day completion and $1,000.00 at 6-month completion**

Program Supervisor:

One (1) FT/Exempt Licensed/Non-Exempt Waivered/Salary Range: $68,640 – $74,880 annually (DOE)

Pay differentials offered – must qualifying through testing or verification for the following special competencies.

*Language Translation Spanish, ASL, etc. ($1.00 per hour)

*Experience 2 years Post CA BBS Licensure ($2.00 per hour)

Foster Family Agency/Behavioral Health Services – Program Supervisor, plans, directs, coordinates and participates in supervision and activities of the FFA/ISFC/RCRC/TFC personnel by implementing the programs’ mission, and utilizing policies and procedures created for its success. Participates in Adoptions, Family Assessments, and Case Management. Directly supervises 4 to 10 employees in the Foster Family Agency, Intensive Services Foster Care. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding, coaching, and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, resolving problems, and approving timecards and PTO. Will carry a small caseload during times of program growth and/or consolidation. Performs professional therapeutic services, including managing cases, initiating crisis management, and conducting therapy sessions. This job has supervisory responsibilities related to overseeing time sheets, workflow schedules and annual reviews for assigned Licensed or Waivered Clinicians and/or Rehabilitation Specialists. Provides clinical supervision to Licensed or Waivered Clinicians or Rehabilitation Specialists as assigned by the Clinical Director, or designee. Must be BBS licensed/waivered with at least two years related experience working with at-risk youth in a mental health or residential setting. Bilingual preferred but not required. Education and/or Experience: Master’s degree (M. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least two years’ experience Case Management; 2 years supervisory experience may be required by Community Care Licensing depending on the number of Case Managers with approved Exceptions in office. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CA Driver’s License, Current Auto Insurance, Clean DMV Printout, clear background check w/DOJ, CACI, FBI, CPR and First Aid Certified. TB Test and Physical at the time of employment. Proof of eligibility to work in the USA. Water Safety & Pro-Act certification may be required. Bilingual Preferred.
