This position is for a Student Assistant with the Academic Senate Office. Primary duties will include preparing and emailing/filing committee appointment letters, updating various Senate documents such as rosters, assisting with meeting preparation, answering phones and greeting visitors to the Senate Office, running errands as needed, and assisting with projects as they arise.
Must have excellent communication skills to include follow-up and responses to faculty, staff, student, and administrator inquiries to the Senate Office.
Must be available to work with the Senate Administrator part of Tuesday and part of Wednesday, or at least most of one of these days on campus in Clark 500. Must also be able to work independently from home on projects other hours as agreed to until our return to campus full-time.
