We are looking for a Customer Success Team Member to join us at Sofia Health! You will be coordinating and onboarding Sofia Health’s health and wellness entrepreneurs.
Our onboarding program is a fundamental component of customer service. This is a pivotal role to ensure our customers feel valued and have a smooth transition onto the platform.
This is a remote position.
About the Role
- Coordinate new customer onboarding.
- Assist and support in the creation of customer profiles.
- Find opportunities for process improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Working or background knowledge of the health and wellness industry
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adept at juggling competing priorities
- Experience in design and marketing
- Proficiency in Canva, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Sofia Health platform
