The Refinery is an award-winning entertainment advertising agency located in the Los Angeles area. We work with all of the major studios creating film, television and streaming content posters and billboards and trailers/commercials. We are looking for an experienced professional to handle our busy AV post-production schedule while organizing all elements accurately and timely for client deliverables.

In addition, even when our clients change their minds for seemingly the 100th time – we don’t ever quit. We still celebrate everything – from birthdays to Black History month to National Donut Day! Our highly competitive Halloween costume contest continued virtually this year and didn’t disappoint. We’ve also organized some great virtual events including a sunflower-growing contest, poker and trivia nights, and Zoom yoga and meditation.
Enough about us, here’s what we’re looking for in a candidate:
- Minimum 3 years experience coordinating editorial, graphics, music, audio (VO) and video (VFX) to meet tight deadlines and expectations of clients
- Exceptional and concise communication skills to employ as an effective liaison between creative and assistant editorial/finishing teams
- Ability to successfully work with staff to ingest assets, pull selects, and deliver accurate cuts to clients within timeframe required
- Advanced understanding of file formats and bonus points for hands-on Premiere Pro knowledge.
