Summary/ObjectiveAs a member of the foodservice team, a Caterer will report to the Catering Manager. A Caterer will have a primary day-to-day responsibility to set up, serve, and take down catered events such as banquets, weddings, and other social or business functions.Essential FunctionsTransports and serves food to catered events around Medora.Sets up and arranges tables and chairs, serving stations, linens, tableware, serve ware, and silverware.Ensures the venue is clean and that food is handled in a sanitary manner. This includes, but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning tables, and arranging tables/chairs.Follows special job assignments/instructions for unique and large eventsChecks posted catering schedule frequently for changes and updates.Interacts with customers in a courteous and professional manner to meet their needs and provide a positive experience.Addresses problems or complaints concerning food or services provided.Busses and tears down all tables.
