We are looking to add an experienced Marketing Professional to our Downtown Burbank team. In this exciting role, your responsibilities would include the following:
The primary marketing effort is creating print materials. Write/edit copy and manage design/development of a range of marketing communications materials, including but not limited to, advertisements, brochures, collateral, presentations, webinars, invitations, project profiles and email marketing content.
Develop marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Work closely with the Managing Partner to prepare, develop and expand company newsletters, promotional materials and presentations.
Ensure that the proposal process is both efficient and effective. This involves reviewing best practices nationally for the various phases of the sales process, lead generation, prospect targeting & research, proposal development and follow up.
Track proposal requests and ensure all client lists are up to date.
Track leads to understand how many prospects are at which stage in the pipeline and understand where to focus efforts.
Oversee the firm’s CRM and referral incentive programs.
Prepare for and attend local client events and national trade shows, including development of event theme, activities, pre-and post-show marketing materials, booth collateral, giveaway and promotions.
Assist in the development and evolution of company brand including website development, Business to Business marketing, presentation preparations, and social media presence.
Staying abreast of firm best practices, market intelligence and industry trends in order to make recommendations for the advancement of the firm’s services and programs.
Directly manage all aspects of SEO programs.
Help manage and grow our social media presence and develop innovative viral marketing campaigns to drive growth.
Manage our website.
Manage inventory, fulfillment and budget for literature replenishments (reprints) with external print procurement vendor.
Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective positioning of the firm.
Negotiate bids with vendors.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
The following are the minimum qualifications in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing,
Business, Advertising or related field.
3 – 5 years of professional marketing experience.
MUST have advanced working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign/Creative Suite, Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Superior written and spoken English.
Experience in print marketing.
Experience in proposal writing/responding to RFPs.
Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and stellar organization skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities.
Must have experience promoting a business in social networks and content sharing communities including Twitter, Facebook, Flicker, etc.
Must be available to travel overnight to trade shows (up to 10%).
