Please consider joining the Washington County Human Resources team as a Benefits and Leave Analyst II, where you will play a key role to support the benefits system and enrollment process. Bring your technology skills to help manage data integrity within the system to ensure proper reporting to insurance carriers, and use of data to inform decisions for Washington County. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within Oracle or a similar Enterprise Reporting Program (ERP) System to facilitate and support employee benefits and leave. Prior experience managing system enhancements with the ability to ensure system functionality is a plus. The Benefits and Leave Analyst II will use their employee benefits experience to understand nuances within the ERP system and ensure proper functionality and accuracy of employee data. The employee will be a key team member assigned to facilitate process improvements through automation and technology enhancements.

Education and Experience:
A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Social Science, Business Administration, or related degree program from an accredited institution of higher education; AND two (2) years of professional-level human resources experience related to the position. OR
- An associate degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Social Science, Business Administration, or related degree program from an accredited institution of higher education; AND four (4) years of professional-level human resources experience related to the position. OR
- High school diploma/GED and six (6) years of professional-level human resources experience related to the position.
