Our team provides mobile/on site care to seniors and their families to include: care management/ care coordination, care giving services, home health care, hospice, clinical therapeutic modalities and integrative/ wellness services.
Our primary Goal is to assist the senior community to age in place utilizing a comprehensive approach of delivering quality care in the comfort of their home.
Our secondary goal is to assist families in the navigation of the complex healthcare system to assure their loved ones receive the best care available.
We are seeking an intern who is interested in the growing healthcare needs of our aging population.
