The Perry Center’s Director of Strategic Communication is seeking a communications and multimedia intern who is full of creative ideas and eager to contribute on a large scale. The intern will assist with tasks related to public relations, branding, and outreach. Applicants must have strong excellent communication skills, experience in social media, and demonstrated creativity, and Spanish fluency. PRIMARY DUTIES:Assist with the creation, curation, and monitoring of engaging content for the Center’s social media (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Instagram)Assist with developing, writing, and distributing press releases for the Center’s web site.Assist with proofing and design of materials for style, grammar, etc.Assist with the development and production of digital and print outreach materials and strategic messaging documents.
