The Operations Support Analyst is Responsible for supporting and driving quality and kaizen program initiatives, sourcing and vetting vendors, negotiating contracts and presenting deals to Yusen’s Leadership in Finance, Operations, Business Development, and Quality/Kaizen. The Operations Support Analyst requires skills such as the ability to facilitate trainings, map out and analyze operational processes, identify improvement opportunities. The goal of the Operations Support Analyst is to assist in driving Division expenses down while improving service to Operations and Yusen Customers. The Operations Support Analyst will understand Warehouse Operations and the tools required to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and increase service.
These duties require close cooperation and communication with operational leaders in various levels and support department staff of Contract Logistics group, as well as the corporate staff for Yusen Logistics Americas.
