Employers: Campus Engagement
Engaging with students and alumni through our events and programs provides valuable networking opportunities and helps employers identify top talent for internships and full-time positions.
Below are some of the ways employers and recruiting partners can get involved.
Take part in our Job & Internship Fairs hosted once each semester. Both our Fall and Spring Job & Internship Fairs allow employers to promote job and internship opportunities to University of Redlands student and alumni from various majors.

Employers can reserve a table on campus to recruit students, share information about their organization, and promote open positions. This is a great way to build visibility and engage with potential candidates in a casual setting.
