Employers: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

The best way for employers to begin a partnership with our office is to get connected on Handshake: Our career services platform which features a job & internship board for students and alumni to browse and apply. Simply create an employer account, submit your job posting, and our team will review and approve it in a timely fashion.

Employers can engage with students through several different ways on campus. The OCPD hosts our Job & Internship Fair once every semester each academic year. Our Work-It-Wednesdays series is a way for you to promote your organization both in person and online. Employers are also able to take part in recruitment events that involve tabling on campus. Some other events include but are not limited to hosting on-campus interviews, information sessions, professional development workshops, and developing a partnership with the OCPD. Please see our Campus Engagement section for more information on each of these activities.
