· Supports company growth by establishing new accounts through performing door-to-door interactions with potential clients
· Assimilates information of local tenants in the general area
· Focuses sales efforts by learning the current market and industry
· Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing social media trends; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives
· Maintains CRM by updating information on existing accounts and entering newly established accounts
