About the Opportunity:
The GSC Human Resources Intern, supports our Global E2E Supply Chain Organizations. The ideal candidate will contribute at both day-to-day operational and strategic work to drive people and organization initiatives that support business growth. You’ll work with the Global HR Business Partners, to execute business and HR priorities including our Early in Career Programs, Onboarding, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness (performance enablement, capability building and change management). You will join a Global HR team that shapes business and culture for Colgate to be at its best.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
As a Global Supply Chain Human Resources Intern, you will collaborate closely with our Global Human Resources Business Partners and actively participate in various projects tailored to provide operational experience and insight into specific Global Supply Chain functions. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Manage GSC Early in Career Programs (Summer Internship & Associate Program)
- Onboarding Program Relaunch & implementation
- Support onboarding and relocation of new/ relocating employees, Work with external Immigration attorney to obtain appropriate visa documentation
- Recruitment support within the Global E2E Supply Chain team
- Assisting in the design and implementation of career Development Programs
- Participate in and lead other HR projects as assigned

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Current enrollment in college with at least one year of completed coursework
- Pursuing a Master Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Industrial Relations
- Experience in at least one HR Specialty Area (Compensation, Benefits, People Relations, People Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Analytics, Organizational Development/Design)
- Outstanding prioritization skills and ability to work with multiple customer groups in a fast paced environment
- Ability to utilize HR Technology (SAP, Success Factors, One Model) for reporting and organizational analytics to drive business results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
